Keo Pagoda
Keo Pagoda is situated in Dung Nhuc village, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province, 130 kilometres from Hanoi. Built in the early days of the 17th century, the rectangular pagoda was rebuilt many times. The outside yard is a place or worship of Buddha, and the inside is a place of worship for Priest Khong Lo. The pagoda consists of 17 items with 128 apartments. The three-storey bell tower is an excellent architectural work which demonstrates fine carpentry skills. The pagoda itself is a fine example of Vietnamese provincial architecture.
