Tam Thanh pagoda
The pagoda is situated at Tam Thanh, Lang Son town, Lang Son province. It was built in Tam Thanh cave in the late Le times. Here stands a 2.2 metre high high-relief statue of Amitabha Buddha carved on the stone wall. Opposite Tam Thanh cave is Vong phu mount, well-known from the legend of the wife To Thi who turned to stone because of waiting for her husband too long. Near Tam Thanh cave are Nhat Thanh and Nhi Thanh caves. In three caves still exists Ngo Thi Si’s autograph (under King Le Hien Tong’s reign). Ky Lua stree and Ky Cung river, all making a beautiful scenic sight in Lang Son, are also in this areas.
